In this retreat, you will indulge in classical Hatha Yoga and other yogic practices. More than just a daily activity during the retreat, you will be learning a comprehensive practice.

If you’re new to Yoga, this will be not only a solid foundation, but a complete practice that you can take home with you. And if you’re a seasoned practitioner, it is a perfect compliment to your daily practice.

Ayurveda is a system of healing, that not only treats and manages imbalances but also puts a lot of emphasis on prevention. This retreat proposal is to give you tools on how to observe the body and mind from an Ayurvedic perspective and also introduce some simple daily habits that will help keep your body, mind and senses healthy.
